One major perk of being a wedding photographer is the privilege to document friends’ wedding days! I have known Kristen for almost 20 years (and freaking yikes.. why did I decide to calculate that and make myself feel so old!!!) but when she got engaged and asked me if I would be their wedding photographer I was so happy to be a part of her day! When I met Jason I was so excited because he is the perfect fit for Kristen and the way he looks at her is the sweetest!
One of my favorite moments of their wedding day was Kristen struggling down the wedding aisle. This sounds bad at first sentence, but hear me out.. Kristen was struggling physically because of her GORGEOUS dress and then the aisle runner on grass! haha!! But the part I loved so much is Kristen laughing, getting help from her uncle on gathering her dress so she could make it to the aisle to Jason and then Jason’s face was beaming with happiness. He was laughing with her, and surely appreciating the sweet, funny and downright undeniable charm that is Kristen. It’s a moment that made their day uniquely there’s but also shows how much fun they have together and how they don’t take life too seriously! Honestly, the best. I’ll always remember that moment and the love they share!
